Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Eligibility for an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to family-centered care and serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including well-child visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
• Promote healthy development with families and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with pediatric specialists and hospital teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and staff for seamless care.
• Support newborn nursery coverage and participate in teaching.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
