Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent pediatric care in ambulatory clinic.
• Evaluate children aged 0–19 and determine diagnoses, treatments, and referrals.
• Document all findings and plans in the medical record.
• Collaborate with a health care team including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and staff.
• Support after-hours on-call coverage as scheduled.
