Lakeview Clinic in Waconia, MN is seeking a pediatric physician to join a collegial group of 9 providers (8 physicians, 1 APP). The outpatient clinic-based practice offers a 4-day workweek with 32 direct patient hours and light after-hours call.

The compensation package starts with a $275,000 base salary, plus a $15k signing bonus and relocation support, plus a 2-year partnership track and strong profit sharing. Five weeks of PTO and full family health/dental/LTD are included.
