Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens physician to support several clinics in Louisiana. The role involves back-to-back patient visits with 20-minute slots, covering sick and well visits, and a high school clinic component when required.

You'll float across three clinic locations, participate in on-call rotations, and join a team that provides paid malpractice coverage and travel/housing pre-payments. A 6–12 month commitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.
• 6–12 month commitment preferred.
• On-call rotation for clinic and after-hours calls with team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi-clinic setting with the ability to float across 3 locations.
• See up to 18 patients per day with 20-minute appointment times.
• Cover sick and well visits, including high school clinics when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations for clinic and after-hours calls.
