Job summary

Palms Medical Group is seeking a staff physician to collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals in delivering primary care across the lifespan. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, health promotion, and disease prevention in North Florida communities.

As a not-for-profit FQHC, Palms Medical Group serves underserved populations with comprehensive services, including family medicine, pediatrics, dental and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Physician must be a graduate of an accredited medical school with MD or DO.
• Current and valid Florida physician license and board certification.
• Active DEA and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to Palms Medical Group patients within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
• Perform diagnostic tests, screenings, and patient exams.
• Be available for after-hours care and site coverage as needed.
• Maintain electronic health records per PMG policies and participate in QA/QI.
