Job summary

My Kids Pediatric Clinic in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents. Enjoy a four-day work week with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities while delivering relationship-based pediatric care.

You will collaborate with a supportive Healthy Connections team, maintain accurate EHR documentation, participate in preventive health initiatives, and help families navigate growth

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Current or eligible Arkansas medical license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to compassionate, patient‑centered pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Conducting well-child exams and managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Educating families on growth, development, and preventive care.
• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participating in clinical improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
