Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an on-site, full-time outpatient role in California. The position features standard clinic hours from Monday to Friday, with no after-hours or weekend call obligations, and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician with fluency in Spanish and English, an active California medical license (or eligibility), and a commitment to serving diverse pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents on child development, nutrition, and preventative health.
