  • Schedule - Shift - Hours Full Time - Days

Coastal Kids in partnership with Pediatrics Associates has been providing exceptional medical care for children in Orange County.From newborns to college students, we offer comprehensive and well-rounded services. Our team of highly qualified Board Certified Pediatricians and experienced Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners deliver superior care with compassion. We believe in establishing a physician-parent partnership to ensure the best care for your child.

  • Full-time position at Coastal Kids -Ladera Ranch (4 or 5 day work week)
  • EMR: eClinical Works + Efficient charting with AI technology
  • We are solely focused on pediatric primary care

Education, Licensure & Certification

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California.
  • Current, Unrestricted California state specific DEA license
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification appropriate for degree certified within five years of finishing training.
  • Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment.

The totalcompensation for this position located in Orange County, CAis $262,000 to $292,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role. In addition to base salary, the Pediatrics Associates Family of Companies and it’s affiliates offers a comprehensive benefits package, potential incentive and recognition programs, and retirement planning (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements based on position, and division).
