Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center in Indiana seeks a Pediatrician to provide patient-centered, comprehensive pediatric care across our sites. You will supervise clinical staff, engage in quality improvement, and collaborate with leadership to ensure compliant, high-value care within an FQHC network.

The role emphasizes service to underserved communities, care coordination, and participation in value-based programs. MD/DO required, Indiana license, ABP board status.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board status in Pediatrics.
• Active Indiana Medical License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Active Indiana DEA and CSR registrations or eligibility.
• Commitment to serving underserved populations and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric services per JPCHC standards and policies.
• Maintain full-time, on-site pediatric coverage as assigned.
• Provide supervision to clinical staff under Pediatrician's direction.
• Participate in equitable call coverage with other JPCHC pediatricians.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and payer programs.
• Refer patients within JPCHC network unless clinically inappropriate.
