Jane Pauley Community Health Center in Indiana seeks a Med-Peds Physician to deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care across all ages. The role involves diagnosing and treating illnesses, coordinating with specialists, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

The physician will work within a Federally Qualified Health Center, supporting population health initiatives, participating in care management, and providing after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Current Indiana license to practice medicine.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and maintenance of CME requirements.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care from infancy to older adulthood.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate care with specialists and services.
• Participate in quality improvement, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
