Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Clovis, NM, seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician to join our growing team. The position offers a competitive salary, relocation allowance, CME support, and fully paid malpractice insurance.

You'll provide pediatric care in a 8-12 bed unit with a 4-day work week option, 36 hours of clinical care weekly, and call responsibilities including inpatient rounds and newborn deliveries.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pediatrics.
• Licensed to practice medicine in New Mexico.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients.
• Manage the physician/patient relationship.
• Participate in system wide health management initiatives.
• Provide input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
• Receive and resolve patient complaints.
• Participate in the recruitment and replacement of other providers.
• Consults with and advises other providers regarding pediatric care.
