StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $290000.00 - $290000.00 Build a rewarding pediatric career with a multispecialty medical group in Northern California. This 100% outpatient opportunity combines advanced technology, a highly integrated care model, and comprehensive clinical support, allowing you to focus on building relationships with patients and families.

100% outpatient pediatrics

• Flexible schedule , optional four day work week
• Integrated care model with same-day and next-day referrals and specialists available around the clock for clinical support
• Dedicated support team , including a 1:1 medical assistant ratio, along with LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health resources
• weekend coverage occurs approximately once per month for a half day and includes a mix of in-person and virtual assignments

Annual quality bonus

• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• $Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
