• 100% outpatient pediatrics
• Flexible schedule, including an optional four-day workweek
• Integrated care model with same-day and next-day referrals and specialists available around the clock for clinical support
• Dedicated support team with 1:1 medical assistant ratio and a comprehensive clinical staff
• Leadership and career advancement opportunities through committees and physician leadership tracks
• Weekend coverage approximately once per month for a half day, with a mix of in-person and virtual assignments

• Dedicated support team, including a 1:1 medical assistant ratio, along with LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health resources
• Leadership and career advancement opportunities through committees, professional groups, and physician leadership tracks
• weekend coverage occurs approximately once per month for a half day and includes a mix of in-person and virtual assignments
