Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in Wayne Pediatrics and inpatient services as requested by the Chair.
• Supervise the activities of nurses and other personnel delivering medical treatments to patients.
• Propose equipment needs and modernization.
• Maintain documentation for all services in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
• Provide on-call coverage as requested by the Chair.
• Engage in scholarly activities.
• Supervise and teach residents, students and other trainees.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned by the Chair.
