An independent community health system in southern Wisconsin along the Illinois border is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join its award-winning team. Traditional pediatric practice with outpatient and inpatient care and a 1:4 to 1:5 call schedule.

Qualifications

• BC/BE pediatrician required.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient pediatric care preferred.
• Ability to participate in a 1:4 to 1:5 call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional pediatric care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Care for patients in a Level II Nursery and manage higher-acuity transfers to larger centers as needed.
• Collaborate with a stable team to support family-friendly care and work-life balance.
