Job summary

Spencer Britt represents an independent community health system in southern Wisconsin along the Illinois border seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join its award-winning team. This traditional practice includes outpatient and inpatient care with a 1:4 to 1:5 call schedule and a Level II Nursery.

The position offers a two-year guaranteed compensation with production incentives, sign-on and relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician
• Experience in traditional pediatric practice including inpatient and outpatient care
• Ability to manage call schedule (1:4 to 1:5) and Level II Nursery context

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional pediatric care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage 1:4 to 1:5 call schedule
• Care for patients in Level II Nursery
• Coordinate with higher-acuity cases transferred to Milwaukee, Madison or Rockford
• Contribute to a stable, low-turnover team and flexible scheduling
