Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in pediatrics; certification must be obtained within 2 years if board eligible.
• Virginia medical license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate pediatric care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in children.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families; foster a supportive environment.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including subspecialists, nursing staff, and on-call triage.
• Ensure care aligns with best practices and guidelines.
• Engage in continuing medical education and professional development.
