Job summary

Spencer Britt is seeking 2 BE/BC pediatricians to join a large private pediatric group in Fayetteville, NC. Enjoy a 4-day work week with a typical 8–5 schedule and one evening clinic per week, plus weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

No inpatient duties, with opportunities to contract for hospital-based duties if desired. The group serves over 95,000 families with around 120,000 annual visits, offering a full benefits package, NHSC loan repayment eligibility, and potential partnership tracks.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or BE/BC pediatrician required.
• Experience in busy outpatient pediatric practice preferred.
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a multi-provider setting.
• Participate in a 4-day work week with a typical 8:00–5:00 schedule and one evening clinic per week.
