Tal Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Pediatrician to join a community-focused practice delivering comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents. The physician will lead in child health, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage with families to promote wellness.

The ideal candidate has NY licensure and board certification in Pediatrics, at least 3 years of pediatric experience, and a commitment to equity, education, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• New York medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills with family-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred: PALS and PEARS certifications.
• Commitment to equitable, culturally sensitive care.
• Willingness for community outreach and after-hours coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including minor injuries and infections.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives.
• Stay current with pediatric advancements through ongoing professional development.
