Responsibilities

• Take care of patients in the Pediatric Ambulatory Care Services and assigned areas.
• Refer patients to specialty and subspecialty clinics as indicated and coordinate care.
• Serve as a consultant for patients referred by other physicians and coordinate care with specialists.
• Supervise residents, Nurse Practitioners and physicians assigned to work with them.
• Ensure quality of care in accordance with protocols and guidelines.
• Consult clinic chiefs and other consultants as necessary.
