Requirements of the Pediatrician

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Has Completed an ACGME Accredited Pediatric Residency Program
• Post-Residency Experience Required
• Unrestricted OH License or Ability to Obtain OH License
