Job summary

AXA MED in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician for our outpatient practice on a part-time basis. The role offers a salary of $120,000 for about 30 hours per week, primarily Monday to Wednesday with occasional Saturday coverage.

You will provide primary and preventive care for infants to adolescents, conduct wellness visits, immunizations, growth monitoring, and coordinate referrals. Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics, MD/DO, and an active NJ license are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed an accredited pediatric residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct routine wellness visits and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Administer and recommend immunizations as appropriate.
• Monitor growth and developmental milestones.
• Educate and guide parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Coordinate referrals or specialty care when appropriate.

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Pediatrician to join our growing outpatient practice on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a physician who values high-quality pediatric care, a manageable patient volume, and a consistent three-day workweek.

About the Role

This position offers an annual salary of $120,000 for approximately 30 hours per week, primarily scheduled Monday through Wednesday, with the potential for occasional Saturday coverage.

Responsibilities

• The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Responsibilities include conducting routine wellness visits and physical examinations.
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Administering and recommending appropriate immunizations.
• Monitoring growth and developmental milestones.
• Providing education and guidance to parents and caregivers.
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Coordinating referrals or specialty care when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Have completed an accredited pediatric residency program.
• Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Hold, or be eligible to obtain, an active and unrestricted state medical license.

Required Skills

• Experience working with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, family-centered approach to pediatric care.

Preferred Skills

• Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not required.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: 110,000-120,000 annually
