MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking a Pediatrician for outpatient primary care in Los Angeles, CA. This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no call. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential to serve a Spanish-speaking patient population.

Residents finishing pediatrics residency in 2026 or 2027 are encouraged to apply. The compensation is $130–$140 per hour (about $270,000–$291,000 annually), with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Pediatrics residency completed or Board Eligible/Certified.
• Active California medical license or license eligible.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Fluency in Spanish and English required (bilingual).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric primary care in a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
• See approximately 20–22 patients per day in a well-supported outpatient setting.

• Nose and tail malpractice coverage included.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Completing an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency, or Board Eligible, or Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Active California medical license, or license eligible (verify — see open items)
• Fluency in Spanish and English. The majority of the patient population is Spanish-speaking, and direct provider-to-patient communication without an interpreter is essential to safe pediatric care in this setting.
• Authorized to work in the United States
