Premier Medical Consultants, LLC, a brand-new pediatric clinic in the Las Vegas area, is seeking a board-certified Pediatrician to join as a founding clinician. The role is full-time with outpatient primary care and shared inpatient/on-call responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent clinician and communicator who thrives in a collaborative, family-centered environment and helps shape the culture and workflows of a startup practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active (or eligible for) State medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS and PALS certification.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide well-child care, including physical exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Provide inpatient/newborn coverage as required.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

As a startup practice, we offer a rare opportunity to help shape the culture, workflows, and patient experience from the ground up. We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified Pediatrician who is excited to be part of a founding clinical team and grow alongside the practice.

Schedule
