Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a pediatrician for a locum tenens assignment in Hesperia, CA. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care in a high-demand clinic using Epic EMR, managing about 25 encounters per day.

Work Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible lunch, join a small team including RN, MAs, and office staff, and start upon credentialing completion. CA licensed BC/BE physicians with active DEA and BLS are welcomed, Spanish speaking preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or -eligible for pediatrics (CA).
• Active CA medical license and DEA registration required.
• BLS certification.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR; Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care in a high-demand clinic.
• Manage ~25 patient encounters per day with attention to no-show rates.
• Work Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 with flexible lunch.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with RN, MAs, and office staff to ensure efficient operations.
