Qualifications

• Current federal and state narcotics certificates required.
• Current BLS and PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive or focused physical exams.
• Provide patient and family education about medications, treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Consult with physicians and other allied professionals.
• Ensure that patient health records are maintained and transferred as required when referred.
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures and regulatory agency standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements

-Medical Degree from an accredited medical school is required.

-Must have successfully completed a residency program.
