Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care from newborns through adolescence.
• Perform well-child exams, preventive screenings, and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Educate families on preventive care, growth, development, and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to grow the practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care from newborns through adolescence.
• Conduct well-child examinations, preventive screenings, and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Educate and partner with families on preventive care, growth, development, and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help shape the continued growth of our practice.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active or eligible Florida medical license.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for caring for children.
