Lone Star Circle of Care in Texas seeks a board-certified pediatrician to join a mission-driven team serving the underserved in Central Texas. You will lead pediatric care, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with community partners to ensure safety and access to care.

You will work in a fast-paced clinic, document using an electronic health record, and conduct telemedicine visits to extend reach and improve outcomes for children in Cedar Park and surrounding communities.

You are a board-certified Pediatrician who is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the plan of care.

• Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.
• Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient needs a higher level of care.
• Possesses computer/technology skills to efficiently document using an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
