Position Overview

ZarminaliPediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicatedpediatriciansto join our inaugural team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of thepediatricpopulation and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Pediatrician At Zarminali You Will Focus On

• Patient Care:Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
• Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
• Patient & Family Education: Supporting families throughout the full spectrum ofthe pediatriclifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy throughadolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• M.D. or D.O. degree requiredfrom an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Wisconsin
• Current and unrestricted Wisconsin DEA license
• Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible inPediatrics
• At least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience working in apediatricsetting
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment
• Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers
• BLS/ACLS Certification
