Job summary

PM Pediatrics is hiring a Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Tech) for our pediatric urgent care. The role focuses on applying radiology skills under physician supervision to support patient care, safety, and efficient operations within the department.

You will obtain medical histories, vital signs, and radiographs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure high-quality care for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Radiologic Technologist program.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinic processes, and procedures.
• Ability to stay calm in emergencies and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations.
• Take x-rays and ensure patient safety according to procedures.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and compliant with regulations.
• Document daily quality control of radiology equipment at the start of each shift.
• Assist in radiology QA programs and report equipment malfunctions.
• Be part of the patient care team and support service recovery when needed.
