Job summary

Children’s Nebraska is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support coordination of warehouse activities, order products and supplies, and maintain inventory for deliveries and patient care equipment.

The role requires at least 1 year in delivery services, familiarity with pediatric products, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent communication skills are essential to respond to customer needs and maintain regulatory compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in delivery services preferred.
• Experience with pediatric products and population preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities, ordering of products and supplies, inventory control, pulling supply orders for customers.
• Maintain daily shipping of supplies to customers and schedule daily deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries with knowledge of products, services and procedures.
• Check shipping matrix to classify deliveries by cost, weight, and volume.
• Schedule deliveries and equipment pick-ups according to policy and procedures.
• Assist with loading company van for deliveries each morning with safety focus.
