Summary:

Cook Children's Health Care System (CCHSC) in Fort Worth, Texas, has a dynamic opportunity for a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Pediatric Urologist. The successful candidate will join a growing, high-functioning interdisciplinary team including pediatric urologists, nurse practitioners, social workers, psychologists, and child life specialists.

This team performs over 2,500 cases annually and handles 12,000 office visits across various clinics within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas, from Lubbock to Amarillo, Tyler, and Waco. The communities served benefit from multidisciplinary clinics addressing complex conditions such as Disorders of Sexual Development (DSD), Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH), Bladder Exstrophy, Renal Transplant, Spina Bifida, and Oncology/Fertility.

  • Travel by Private Jet to regional clinics in North and West Texas

Call duties are mainly on the main hospital campus with occasional support for adult facilities. Our physician network includes over 500 pediatric specialists and primary care physicians. Additional opportunities include locum work at a sister facility and potential investment in a nearby surgery center. The compensation package is competitive and includes call stipends.

Qualifications: Candidates must be board certified in pediatrics, BE/BC in Urology, and eligible for an unrestricted Texas Medical License.
