The role requires pediatric ED/UCC or ICU experience, BSN or active enrollment, CPR/BLS, PALS within 2 years, and CPI within 180 days.

You will document in EMR, perform meds administration, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida or eNLC; current and in good standing.
• BSN preferred; active enrollment acceptable.
• CPR/BLS certified; PALS required within 2 years of hire.
• CPI training within 180 days of hire; ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicates patient progress and critical changes to the medical team.
• Performs intakes with vital signs, weight, and history for new patients.
• Administers medications per orders and adheres to six rights policy.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation within 24 hours.
• Assists with procedures and supports discharge instructions.
• Float to other urgent care centers as needed while maintaining care quality.
