Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is expanding its pediatric urgent care team, seeking board-certified/board-eligible pediatricians with Urgent Care or ED experience to provide evidence-based care for children and young adults in a high-acuity, private-practice setting with on-site radiology and labs.

Under Regional Medical Officer guidance, you will evaluate patients in-person and via telemedicine, follow standardized guidelines, and participate in quality initiatives while enjoying a flexible schedule (12–36

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pediatrics required or board-eligible.
• Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems, specifically eCW.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat acute injury and illness for in-person and telemedicine patients.
• Perform procedural care including abscess drainage, foreign body removal, and laceration repair.
• Take radiographs and provide preliminary interpretation of x-rays with radiology over-reads.
• Oversee patient flow and daily office functions, including supervision of staff on shift.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality while delivering high-quality care.
