Nemours Children's Health in Glenn Mills, PA and North Wilmington, DE seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our expanding Urgent Care team. This role delivers pediatric care for patients from birth to 20 years, with weekend and weeknight shifts, working both independently and with physicians.

Qualifications

• Master's nursing degree or equivalent required.
• Active RN license and APRN licensure in PA/DE or eligible.
• BLS certification and pediatric certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric care for patients 0–20 years in Urgent Care.
• Perform assessments and document history, exam data, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team to plan care.
• Coordinate referrals and educate patients and families.
