Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a qualified Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing nationwide urgent care network. You will assess and treat acute pediatric conditions in person and via telemedicine, supervise operations, and help maintain high-quality patient care in a private-practice setting.

You must have pediatric APP experience, current ANCC/NCCPA credentials, state licenses where you practice, and an MSN/Doctoral or PA master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at Apopka, Winter Garden and Waterford offices.
• Pediatric experience required; Pediatric ER, General Pediatrics, or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Current ANCC or NCCPA certification and active state licenses.
• MSN/Doctoral in Nursing or PA Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of independent pediatric clinical experience as an APP.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assessment and treatment of acute pediatric injuries and illnesses, in-person and via telemedicine.
• Oversee daily operations and patient flow for both in-person and telemedicine visits.
• Ensure efficient operations by adhering to policies and reporting changes to management.
• Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams to complete daily tasks (lab, radiology, patient follow-up).
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient care information and participate in ongoing training.
