Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic general and vascular ultrasound examinations and to communicate findings to the interpreting physician for diagnosis and treatment, ensuring exam quality and equipment readiness. Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required
• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program required
• Licensure/certifications: BLS, ARDMS/TJ ultrasound technologist as applicable

Responsibilities

• Perform general and vascular ultrasound procedures.
• Analyze images and communicate preliminary findings to interpreting physician.
• Prepare exam room and ensure equipment readiness and infection control.
• Coordinate exams with other departments as needed.
• Assist with education and training of students and staff.
