Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Ultrasound Accredited Program OR equivalent.
• Registered ARDMS or ARRT(S) or eligible.
• Registered ARDMS or ARRT(S) within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: ARDMS Pediatric Sonography Certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of diagnostic sonography experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Resource - Demonstrate advanced competence and communicate with team members to share knowledge and skills.
• Patient Care - Prepare patients for procedures, follow protocols, and facilitate information exchange.
• Process Improvement - Lead quality improvement activities and measure performance; support strategic improvement plans.
• Communication - Interact with patients, families and staff courteously and provide information as needed.
• Customer Service - Act as a patient advocate and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
