Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Missouri. The role requires a valid RRT, state license, BLS/NRP/PALS, and neonatal/pediatric ICU experience. Schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours).

The RT will provide neonatal and pediatric respiratory care, document care, educate families, and support infection control. Housing or housing allowance and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program.
• Current license in state of practice; RRT credential.
• BLS, NRP and PALS certifications required.
• Neonatal and pediatric ICU experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Night shift and 12-hour shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Perform respiratory assessments and interventions; document findings.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
• Educate patients and families; update care plans.
• Manage respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Communicate patient status and goals to the healthcare team.
• Support infection control guidelines.
