Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Pediatric RN in Minneapolis, MN, with MN licensure and at least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience for a family-centered care role. Assignment spans 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, shift 3x12hrs, starting ASAP.

Role includes floating between hospital locations as needed and requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, active MN RN license, and current BLS, PEARS or PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active MN RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current PEARS or PALS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Floating between multiple hospital locations required as needed.
• Coordinates care utilizing the nursing process across the care team.
• Accountable for professional practice including independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions performed in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
