Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its FirstChoice mobile staffing solution. RNs fill short and long-term assignments across MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center and regional locations, offering nationwide opportunities.

Positions are part-time, night shift, 12-hour days; gross weekly rate is $2,556. This role features premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem options, license/certification reimbursements, and diverse practice settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS/ACLS/PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Demonstrate standard nursing practice: Assess, Identify outcomes/solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and cultural differences while managing priorities.
