Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Transport Registered Nurse for McLane Children’s Hospital to care for high-risk pediatric and neonatal patients in mobile transport.

You will stabilize patients per physician directions and coordinate care with neonatal and pediatric units during transfers to specialized facilities. The role requires teamwork and strong communication in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills are vital.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking are important for quick decisions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk pediatric and neonatal care in a transport setting.
• Stabilize patients following physician orders before transfer to specialized care.
• Collaborate with NICU/PICU units and other transport team members during transport.
