Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NYS license.
• BLS and PALS from American Heart Association.
• 2 years of Pediatric Transport RN experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care using the nursing process within Mount Sinai's practice model.
• Assesses needs, plans, and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educates patients and families about plan of care and transitions.
• Documents nursing care accurately and maintains patient safety and quality standards.
