Blackbird Health is seeking licensed clinicians to provide virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You will build meaningful relationships, assess needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate families on therapeutic approaches that promote long-term progress.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships, assess needs, support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate care.
