Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers, via virtual and in-person sessions. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, build meaningful relationships, and guide treatment using evidence-based approaches.

Multiple tracks let you select your license type and arrangement. The role offers W2 Part-Time options (20 hrs/week) with compensation of $50,000 base plus $70 per session beyond an 17-hour

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build relationships and support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide care.
• Help families understand therapeutic approaches.
