Verge Therapy is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Testing Psychologist to join our inclusive team. This part-time, salaried role includes bonus opportunities and a ~2‑day‑week schedule with no nights or weekends.

You will conduct psychoeducational, ADHD, and psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, producing clear, family‑friendly reports and leading feedback sessions to translate results into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
• Licensed psychologist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible with a clear path).
• Experience with cognitive, achievement, and ADHD/behavioral assessment (e.g., WISC, WIAT).
• Comfort with high-quality, efficient report writing.
• Genuine interest in pediatric/educational assessment and family-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational, ADHD/executive-function, and psychological evaluations.
• Select appropriate batteries by referral question and produce clear, family-friendly reports.
• Lead feedback sessions that translate results into school and home plans.
• Partner with schools, pediatricians, and our clinical team on referrals and recommendations.
• Help shape workflows, templates, and standards of a brand-new service line.
