Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an APA‑approved program in Clinical Psychology.
• Two‑year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology.
• Massachusetts state licensure is required.
• Board Certification or Board eligibility through ABPP.
• Commitment to anti‑racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Experience serving pediatric populations.
• Strong organizational, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric (and select adult) neuropsychological evaluations end to end.
• Select batteries, interpret results, and produce clear, high‑quality integrated reports.
• Lead feedback sessions families actually understand and act on.
• Provide diagnostic clarity and recommendations for school, medical, and treatment planning.
• As we scale: supervise psychometrists/technicians and serve as a clinical consultant to the broader testing team.
