Job summary

OU Health is seeking a dynamic RN Manager for Pediatric Teletriage to lead our teletriage nursing team in a high-visibility, remote-capable role. You will oversee patient care quality, staffing effectiveness, and operational performance across a rotating schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and a track record in quality improvement and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Nursing degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in nursing or related roles.
• Knowledge of performance improvement tools, metrics, budgeting, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinical care and departmental performance and metrics.
• Supports strategic initiatives by establishing quality practices in patient care delivery.
• Develops and updates performance improvement tools, productivity reports, and quality statistics.
• Resolves patient issues promptly in collaboration with support staff.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Manages department budget and resources and aligns with organizational financial processes.
• Represents nursing at a leadership level and ensures quality patient care.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment and coaches staff for performance growth.
