Job summary

Playground Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high‑quality telehealth therapy to children and adolescents across North Carolina and beyond. The clinician will coordinate with primary care teams to create comprehensive treatment plans and support whole‑child care.

The role supports a 20‑hour weekly schedule with potential for hybrid work in Fayetteville, Raleigh, or surrounding areas, and quarterly travel.

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE‑accredited program required.
• Active, unrestricted NC LCSW license or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years of post‑licensure therapy with children/adolescents.
• Experience conducting psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Experience with CBT, PCIT, or play therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, episodic, and long‑term psychotherapy to pediatric patients (children/adolescents).
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and individualized, measurement‑based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy using evidence‑based modalities tailored to development.
• Manage a mixed caseload with short‑term and longer‑term therapy relationships.
• Engage caregivers as active participants and provide psychoeducation.
