Job summary

University Hospitals in Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Surgical Trauma unit to provide age-specific nursing care using the nursing process to help patients and families achieve optimal health.

Requirements include 1+ year nursing experience, ADN or Diploma in Nursing (BSN/MN preferred), Ohio RN license, BLS (ACLS/PALS may be required). Schedule is full-time night shift with occasional day/night rotation and every other weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

1+ years nursing experience required.
Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency)
Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (eg. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices). (Required proficiency)
